The director
Marius-Andrei Cernat is the director of Frame Empire Ltd. That is his full name as the Companies House register shows it, with his identity there marked as verified. Here he goes by Andrei.
He decides how we work, he answers for what we promise, and every complaint comes to him.
Where we are
Frame Empire Ltd is registered in England and Wales, with its registered office in Romford, Essex. That is an address for post and official letters, not an office open to visitors. We work with businesses across the UK by phone, WhatsApp and email.
Why we build your website before you pay
Because you have no reason to trust a company that has just rung you, and we would rather not ask you to. So we build your website first and send you a link to look at, within 24 to 48 hours of the call where we take what we need from you. Nothing is owed at that point. If you want it, you pay once and it is yours. If you do not, you say so and that is the end of it: you are not billed for our time and there is nothing to cancel.

How you pay us
Scammers copy agencies like ours, so here is the one rule worth remembering.
You only ever pay us on Stripe's secure checkout
You reach it from frameempire.co.uk or from a link we send you. Its address starts with checkout.stripe.com or buy.stripe.com, and it shows Frame Empire Ltd as the business you are paying. Check both before you type anything into it.
We never ask for card details over the phone, by text or by email, and nobody here types them in for you. We never give you bank details to pay into. And we never ask for a deposit before you have seen your website.
Anything else is not us. If what you have been asked for does not match the one rule above, message us on WhatsApp on 07886 705438 or email hello@frameempire.co.uk before you pay a penny.
If someone rings you saying they are from Frame Empire
We do ring businesses, to offer a free website preview, our AI receptionist or help being found on Google. A genuine caller gives their own name and ours, and our calls normally come from 020 8058 5348 or from a Frame Empire mobile number. They will never ask for card or bank details on the call, never ask for money for a website before you have seen it, and anything you pay is only ever on Stripe's checkout, as above.
To check that a caller is one of ours, message us on WhatsApp on 07886 705438 or email hello@frameempire.co.uk with the name they gave and the number they rang from, and we will tell you.
If you would rather we did not ring again, tell the caller, or use the complaints form, and we stop at once.
