We ring you back, agree which tier fits, and build your website. You get a link to look at, usually within 24 to 48 hours of having your details. Tell us what you think and we adjust it. Nothing is owed at that point and you are under no obligation to go ahead.
Not for the website itself. You pay once and own it. Domain and hosting are included for the first year; after that the site needs somewhere to live, which is the Hosted plan at £15 a month, or a Care plan if you want changes made for you.

Domain and hosting are included for the first year with every website. In month 11 you choose Hosted, which keeps the site online for £15 a month, or a Care plan where we make the changes for you.

A small change is one request that takes under 30 minutes: text, prices, photos, opening hours, a new team member. New pages, sections and redesigns are quoted.
