A small change is one request that takes under 30 minutes: text, prices, photos, opening hours, a new team member. New pages, sections and redesigns are quoted. A site that is down or showing a wrong phone number is fixed the same day on every plan, and with no plan. Care plans run for at least three months, then month to month with 30 days' notice; take Care with your website and the first 3 months are free (bundles). Full detail on the Pricing page.

The things people ask before they trust us.

What is the catch?

There is not one. We build the site, you look at it, and if you do not want it you owe nothing and we part on good terms. We take that risk because it is much easier to say yes to a real site you can already see than to a promise of one.

What if I do not like it?

You pay nothing and walk away. No cancellation fee, no invoice for our time, no awkward conversation. That is the whole promise.

What happens after I fill in the form?

We ring you back, agree which tier fits, and build your website. You get a link to look at, within 24 to 48 hours of our call, once we have what we need from you. Tell us what you think and we adjust it. Nothing is owed at that point and you are under no obligation to go ahead.

Are there monthly fees?

Not for the website itself. You pay once and own it. Domain and hosting are included for the first year; after that the site needs somewhere to live, which is the Hosted plan at £15 a month (or £150 a year), a Care plan if you want changes made for you, or your own hosting if you would rather move it.

I am not technical. Is that a problem?

Not at all. You tell us about your business in plain English and we handle everything else, including the domain and hosting setup.

How long does it take?

Usually 24 to 48 hours to a preview you can look at; the clock starts on our call, once we have what we need from you. Each round of changes comes back within 24 to 48 hours, and the site is live within 3 working days of your final approval and payment. If your domain is with another company, we need access to it first. If you come back to us quickly, about a week from yes to live is realistic, but we do not promise it.
