AI receptionist, monthly
Every plan answers every call on the first ring, day and night, says it is an assistant, takes the caller's details and texts and emails you a summary within a minute.

Three months minimum from go-live, then monthly with 30 days' notice. Alerts at 80 and 100 percent of included minutes. Website care, monthly, for any site we built
The first year of Hosted is included with every website. In month 11 you choose Hosted or a Care plan; the domain and hosting have to live somewhere.

A small change is one request that takes under 30 minutes: text, prices, photos, opening hours, a new team member. New pages, new sections and redesigns are quoted. A site that is down or showing a wrong phone number is fixed the same day on every plan, and with no plan. Without a plan: £35 a small change, £75 same day, £45 an hour for anything larger.

Take two things together and the setup or the first months come off. The monthly price itself never changes.
