Every price, on one page.
Round numbers and nothing hidden. No VAT is added to any of them, and nothing is paid for a website until you have seen it. Anything that can ever be added to a monthly plan is in the tables below and nowhere else: the minutes you go over, further script changes, and work beyond what a Care plan covers. We text and email you at 80 and 100 percent of your minutes, so going over is never a surprise.
Websites, paid once
We build the preview first; nothing is paid until you approve it, and the site is live within 3 working days of your approval and payment. Domain and hosting for the first year are included with every tier; after that it is Hosted at £15 a month (or £150 a year), a Care plan, or your own hosting.

For a site that looks fine but brings in nobody. No passwords, no monthly fee, no promised rankings.

AI receptionist, monthly
Every plan answers every call on the first ring, day and night, says it is an assistant, takes the caller's details and texts and emails you a summary within a minute.

- Minimum term
- Three months from go-live, then monthly with 30 days' notice.
- Minute alerts
- By text and email at 80 and 100 percent of your included minutes.
- What uses minutes
- Time on a call put through to your mobile counts towards your minutes until the call ends. Unused minutes do not roll over.
- Script changes
- Further script changes are £35 each.
- Your number
- Provided by Frame Empire. After the minimum term you can take it with you: we start the transfer within 14 days of your request, at no charge, subject to the carrier's own porting process and number type.
- Paying for the year
- £1,450, £2,400 or £3,350 in advance, and not refunded after the first month, plus the same one-off setup fee. After the year the plan goes month to month unless you renew, and we remind you 30 days before.
- The setup fee
- None when you buy the receptionist with a website, or add it while your website is still with us on Hosted or a Care plan. See bundles.
- VAT
- Frame Empire Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.

- A small change
- One request that takes under 30 minutes: text, prices, photos, opening hours, a new team member. New pages, new sections and redesigns are quoted.
- If the site is down
- A site that is down, or showing a wrong phone number, is fixed the same day on every plan, and with no plan.
- Minimum term
- Care plans run for at least three months from the day the plan goes live, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
Bundles
Take two things together and the setup is waived or the first months are included. The monthly price itself never changes.
